As you are currently an unaffiliated Freeport, beyond affiliation with the Zoners, I'd like to extend an invitation to join the Confederation of Freeports. The Confederation is a gathering of Freeport operators to enforce a standard set of rules across as many Freeports as possible in an attempt to make the Freeports as safe as possible for everyone.

There is a standardised reporting method and system of punishments, basically you take a look at the laws we enforce, decide if it's right for you then you let us deal with the enforcement of said laws. The addition of your Freeport would also come with the benefit of a communal buying pool, for such items as defensive shields.

This invitation comes as a bit of a surprise. However, this is one of those good surprises that are so rare these days. Your offer seems reasonable. The Confederation of Freeports sounds like a nice organization. I accept the invitation.
