ENCRYPTION; "Classified - High Priority"
My name is Charles Bell, President of Universal Shipping.
The reason I'm writing directly to your Department was because of an incident to which I thought was totally and utterly resolved and is a reason in the Republic of Liberty's eyes to mark us as part of the blockade reason.
I, Myself rode up to Planet New Tokyo to have a meeting with the following members of your Naval Force which are eye witnesses to the event;
KDS-Atago
[KNF]'Kiyohime'
[KNF]Ii.Katsuo.Shimoe:
KDS-Musashi:
Suwa Katsuko, you also asked this question to the Republic of Liberty which they forwarded to me;
"Does the Republic of Liberty seek to anger the house of Kusari to the point diplomatic relations would come to a dramatic state between our two houses?"
My firm answer to that question as the largest commercial enterprise known to sirius is a no, we do not.
You'll find my voice recorder sheet added to this message for your own review.
Please get back to me as soon as possible,
/// PLEASE SEE ATTACHED
With Respects,
Charles Bell
President
Universal Shipping Inc
I do understand your concern regarding this matter.
The Ministry of Defence indeed mentioned this incident to the Republic of Liberty representatives, as it represented one of the sovereign space violations the House of Kusari suffered lately.
This incident involving Universal Shipping isn't the sole reason that forced the Republic of Kusari to issue a blockade on its borders with the House of Liberty.
As previously stated by the Admiral Mochizuki Tatsuya, with whom you directly discussed in New Tokyo orbit, the Admirals Circles of the Kusari Naval Forces consider this incident closed.
A fine was levied, and your apologies were accepted. No further actions were taken on your Company. Your fleet is still welcome in Kusari house space after all, despite this unfortunate mistake.
I do understand being blamed by your government to be the cause of the tensions between our two houses might be disappointing. How the Republic of Liberty is internally dealing with this crisis is however up to its representatives, not to us.
Respectfully,
Kawada Tekkan,
Ministry of Foreign affairs.
