I am Michelle O'Brian, Admiral of the Armed Forces of Bretonia. I come to you on behalf of the fleets of Bretonia with a request.
We cannot help but admire the effectiveness of the LI-117 "Upholder" class of Light Bombers employed by your forces. It has proven effective on many occasions alongside our heavier "Challenger" bombers.
As such, this is a request for acquisition of some bombers for our ranks. We would ask specifically for 10, for testing purposes, with possibility to expand upon this in the near future. In return, we would provide 10 Challengers for your own officers to use, as soon as they are made ready for you.
To summarise,
We ask for - TEN (10) LI-117 "Upholder" Light Bombers
In return, we provide you - TEN (10) Challenger Heavy Bombers
Please notify us of any adjustments you might wish for, this is open for any discussion you might wish for.
For her Majesty the Queen, and the People of Bretonia,
Admiral Michelle O'Brian,
Commanding Officer of the 1st New London and 5th Suffolk Fleets,
Bretonian Armed Forces

Greetings, Admiral O'Brian.
I am glad to see the effectiveness of our Upholders has been duly noted by your forces. You'll find the recent upgrade in the production model design should have provided them with an extra boost in combat power. The Challenger bombers provided in our previous exchange have been an excellent supplement to our own forces as well.
With that said, we find that we are not in need of more Challenger class bombers at this time; the previously provided wing has proven more than sufficient. We are however quite interested in requisitioning some of your fighter class weaponry, specifically the Splitter variant Tachyon guns. We request the following in exchange for the ten (10) Upholder class bombers you wish to obtain.
One Hundred (100) 4-11b "Advanced Splitter" Tachyon Cannons (Class 8)
We believe that this should prove an equitable exchange that will allow you to retain your Challenger bombers for your own needs while giving us the extra weaponry we desire. If you find this to be acceptable, respond on this channel and we will arrange deliveries from there.
I thank you for your fast reply. I spent the past couple days ensuring a thorough inventory check was taken, and found the requested weaponry available for your usage. The requested weaponry will be available to you for pickup on Southampton Shipyard.
I hope this arrangement proves effective for your forces, and do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything you, our dearest allies, require of us. I'm sure we can work something out. In the darkest of times, it's important to remember who our friends are.
On behalf of her Imperial Majesty the Queen, and her people in the Kingdom of Bretonia,
Admiral Michelle O'Brian,
Commanding Officer of the 1st New London and 5th Suffolk Fleets,
Bretonian Armed Forces
