Good evening Interspace directors,
it's a pleasure to contact you again after our fruitful conference with Mr. Wells on New London.
As I promised the Board of Directors without any vote against accepted our agreements, and now we are ready for further dealings, which will enhance ties between our Corporations.
Before the loss of Leipzig, predicting inevitable, we started building new alloy factories at planet Nuremberg in Munich system. While some already are finished, we wish to expand that industry and maintain ahead position on the market.
We're in need of cheap credit for that purpouse, the sooner the better. Naturally, I understand we cannot receive it openly; it must be a secret. If you gentlemen are open for our proposal, we already have prepared plausible way to avoid fiscal control. Not that they would be a problem to us and our possibilities, if they discovered such daring transaction, but for now we wish to keep our cooperation in absolute secret.
Good evening, Mr. Mittermeier. I'm glad that we seem to have come to a good agreement through our past meeting together.
I've read your proposition, and I must comment. I find it slightly laughable as two corporations, although based in separate 'opposing' houses, can still find excellent business between each other. Perhaps this says something rather eye-opening about the houses, eh? Jealousy of one another i'd imagine. Although who knows. I'm not a philosopher, I'm a businessman.
At any rate, I've looked at the proposal of a loan, as far as I understand. Seeing the state of Rhineland's economy right now, that tells us one thing. It can only go up. We have decided that indeed it will be profitable to pursue such a measure.
I happen to agree with doing things in secret for the time being, we can reconsider later. Until then, i've reached a similar conclusion. In response, we would require either a proxy group, or perhaps an external group funded by the Interspace Commerce to do business on our end. Personally, i'm not in favor of the second choice.
Do you have any suggestions?
I have put accounting on the matter, we will come up with a deal within twenty-four hours.
