It's not anyone's. Whoever got it should donate the ship to one of the Zoner factions. If it's not Phoenix, just strip the ID and tag.

As for the Stork, I think that's a good choice, and the money was meant for whoever got there first. And besides, Spud, you already got 400 something million from the last guy that quit.
