I come before you today over a very grave matter. Only hours ago I was assaulted by membres of Kusarian Military known as the Kemp-boo-say in our capitol system of Ile-de-France. Their unprovoked assault was triggered by unproven claims of our family working against a VIP of theirs. They offered no proof, would not call upon Royal Navy personnel to investigate, only offered that I fight or die. On behalf of the Unione Corse Senat, I demand a full investigation into this unwarranted aggression upon a citizen of Gallia by military forces of a foreign power! We demand justice!

This is an unusual occurence, both the presence of Kusari fighter wings in Gallic core space, as well as their unusual behavior. Considering these factors, I consider it more likely that these pilots belonged to a rogue cell, one of Kogen's lot or an entirely different wing, lost in the chaos of war.

Gallic Command will take this up with the Kusari Naval Forces at the next round of discussions. Rest assured, the matter will be dealt with.
