Brief History:
With the increasing threat of the encroaching Corsair military forces in the dangerous Omega systems, the Molly's often find themselves spread over two major fronts, the ever present threat of the Corsair Empire and the battle at home over Dublin. To help alleviate the pressure set upon the fledgling Molly faction, a group of concerned miners from Londonderry, alongside a few volunteers and contractors, moved their operation to one of the first Molly bases, Arranmore, and officially formed the unit assigned to the station, known as the Arranmore Rangers, in early 821 A.S. They were found to be a fairly organized force, despite not existing for very long and still unproven in serious combat situations, able to coordinate strikes against training targets with above average efficiency and a low "casualty rate", and were later permanently stationed onboard Arranmore as a deterrent to hostile action in the area and to help relieve pressure onset on the Bretonian front.
Regiments: To further their organizational efforts, the Arranmore Rangers set up a series of regiment-like wings to more clearly define roles within their ranks.
1st Arranmore Rangers - The Home Guard

Description: The original regiment of the Arranmore Rangers, the 1st Arranmore Rangers are dedicated to the defense of Arranmore Base and it's surrounding territory, serving as a barrier to attempted hostile action. They are not commonly seen venturing outside of the Dublin system.
2nd Arranmore Rangers - The Raiders

Description: The 2nd regiment of the Arranmore Rangers was recently formed to make precision strikes on military targets and to pirate traders to further the funding of the Mollys. While still a new regiment, it's ambitious members show quite the potential.
3rd Arranmore Rangers - The Venturers
Naming Conventions: [AR3]-First.Last
Description: The exploration regiment of the Arranmore Rangers, the idea was bombarded with much criticism over whether the charting of new territories was necessary for a group primarily focused on defense. To many's dismay, the group passed through leadership and found themselves venturing out into the edge and borderworlds to create new possible diplomatic relations and find additional resources. Those within the 3rd regiment follow a strict rules of engagements list and will not commit illegal activities or attack hostiles unless provoked.
6th Arranmore Rangers - The Unknown
Naming Conventions: [AR?]-Codename
Description: To many of the Bretonians and even the Rangers themselves, the so-called 6th regiment of the Rangers, an unofficial name, are a complete enigma and there is little information about them. Rumor has it that not even the Rangers founder knows about their existence, and their goals are still a mystery.
Arranmore Ranger Capital Ships - The Proud

Description: While the Arranmore Rangers possess very few capital ships, the ones that do are manned by the most proud and courageous captains in the entire force. Their unwavering courage and efficiency are only revealed whenever a major threat reveals itself that cannot be defeated by conventional means, however, as the Rangers cannot afford to lose any of their capital assets.
Arranmore Ranger Logistics Division - The Pony Express
Naming Conventions: [ARL]-Shipname
Description: The shipping division of the Arranmore Rangers, they are commonly seen ferrying supplies to Arranmore Base and to other Molly bases within their influence. On occasion, the transports of the Logistics Division are even seen pirating in various systems for additional payout by means of demanding cargo.
Diplomacy: The Arranmore Rangers operates similar diplomacy to the official Mollys.
