Allow me to introduce myself. I am the recently appointed Liberty Rogue Warlord, Heidi Eira. I captain the flagship “Rogue Vision”. Now don’t get me wrong I may be new to this position and I may sound pretty. But I assure you, I’m just as tough as our previous warlord before me. Now that’s certainly enough of that boring stuff. *The clinging of bottles being knocked together rings through the transmission*
Now on to the point…
You see, I was in the area yesterday. An associate yours from {AFC} was most generous showing me the lovely skies of the Omicrons. Oh and how beautiful they were. I had bought extra fuel and munitions for the trip not knowing how long it was really going to take or who we would run into. I was kind enough to share my additional cargo with the Corsairs on Planet Crete. They seemed very pleased and somewhat surprised. In return a very kind man from the ‘Bentiez’ family gave me a sample of those shiny trinkets you refer to as ‘Artifacts’. Now I won’t say too much but it’s safe to say they got snapped up within minutes of me returning to Liberty. I was hoping to have a souvenir or 2 however it looks like I will have to return to get one for myself. Your ‘Artifacts’ are really quite the knick-knack down here.
Upon arriving at our destination of Planet Crete in Omicron Gamma a few things had sparked my attention. We have a vast array of supplies and no one to share it with. This is where you come in.
I would like to formally organise a meeting with my stand-in Jackson Stone. To discuss how we obtain more of these trinkets. I have forwarded him the details and he should arrive in a few days once we receive word. Please don’t go to any trouble to accommodate him.
Should you need to organise further details you know where to find me… *The sound of a longneck bottle cap pops off and bounces off the floor*
Hola, hermana. It have been a while since I last spoke to anyone from the Liberty. So far, the Corsairs have met not enough of your kind to judge about yourself. Most of those were buying artifacts we brought to Junkers. They were good bisness partners so far, but I recieve many reports on them starting to become more sufficent and trying to steal things in Omegas that belongs to the Empire. The Corsairs are always welcome new faces who wish to trade with us. Your kind are even more interesting because of your strategic location. You also are somewhat close to us in your deeds, so you have my personal sympathy.
As you might saw on the Crete, the Corsairs is a big society. Strong, proud, independent and famous. But it has its needs. We always in need of proper suppliers. Zoners are of little help mostly, and Hogosha and Samura has been held in Kusari for a long time by its new government. We even sent several ships into Liberty to get us goods we need from Junkers. And thats still not enough. As you have already proven to be interested in trade with us, we could indeed make-up a deal.
I shall send a compitent amigos who know how to speak politely with outsiders. They will be ready to move to any place you would want to meet us. They will also have official approval for this, in case if they will be forced to do things that normally we do not allow. Tell us when you are ready and where do you want to see our man. Adios, so far.
Signed, Elder Raul Lopez
Hasta la vista, la dignidad, el honor, el orgullo.
I have sent out my representative Jackson Stone. Should he cause you any trouble at all, you make sure I heard about it.
"She clenches her fist slightly making a point."
I've instructed him to meet you at Freeport IX in two days from now. I have also sent with him a multitude of samples of the quality of supplies we hold here.
Please keep them as a token of our appreciation of your time.
Should you require more information you know where to find me...
Hola, hermana. Our men have told Council about meeting of yours. After quite some time discussing your matter, we have came to a conclusion. We shall accept your generous offer for trading between our organisation. We have much to offer eachother, and I think this is not going to be one-way trade system too. We would love to keep sending our own ships into Liberty for cargo we want.
To make things better organised and correct in terms of documentation, we made an agreement.
Quote: The Corsair Empire trading agreement with the Liberty Rogues.
-The following terms are to be followed by both sides of the agreement. Breaking any of terms can lead to fines in money, gold, blood or other goods that can be obtained without breaking laws of both sides.
-Both sides cannot break down the agreement without contacting other side and having their green light for it. Doing so can lead to fines in money, gold, blood or other goods that can be obtained without breaking laws of both sides.
-In case if one side cannot meet obligations of the agreement in circumstances beyond the control of that side, the agreement can be frozen untill better times.
-A third party that tries to sabotage the implementation of this agreement to be threated as hostile to the both sides of named agreement.
-This agreement is to be considered secret and not to be object for public statement. Declassification of agreement and its terms can lead to fines in money, gold, blood or other goods that can be obtained without breaking laws of both sides.
-Constant breaking of terms of the agreement can lead into terminating the contract.
The Corsair side promises:
1. To respect Liberty Rogue organisation and its people, interests, territory, right for freedom and independence.
2. That Corsair vessels entering Liberty are to be only trading ships with/without escort in case of attack of lawfuls or other pirates. Ships that heading to Junkers or Rogues bases not to be pirated and/or attacked by Liberty Rogues. (all individuals that were spotted breaking Corsair Law by LR side can be threated as combat target for LR if refuses to return to the Corsair territory. LR highly advised to collect evidence of this cases and deliver them to the Corsair court)
3. To ignore all enemies of the Empire that were spotted supplying Liberty Rogues or assisting them against any party in Liberty space and its direct borders.
4. Not to pirate or attack Liberty Rogue trading ships and its escorts that are heading to Corsair, Unioner, Zoner or Gaian bases. Ships that were spotted sypplying Hessians, Outcasts, LWB, Bundshugh or Mollys bases can be threated as any hostile ship.
5. To defend Liberty Rogue traders in Corsair territory in case of attack of a mutual enemy.
The Corsair side expects from Liberty Rogues:
1. To respect The Corsair Empire and its people, interests, territory, right for freedom and independence and to follow the Corsair Laws.
2. To ignore all Liberty Rogues enemies that were spotted supplying Corsair bases or assisint Corsairs against any party in Omegas, Omicrons, Bretonia, Rheinland and Sigmas.
3. Not to bring to Corsair territory: capital ships, raiding parties, VIP with heavy armed escorts; without approval of Council of Elders.
4. To sell us only what we trully need and to buy artifacts from Planet Crete markets. Any ships caught 'mining' artifacts can be trheated as thief, and thus, hostile.
5. Not to interrupt Corsair operations in Bretonia, Rheinland, Omegas, Omicrons and Sigmas.
This is not complete agreement so far, mind you. You might want to see something chaged or want to add another part. Unless this is going to be negative on our side of agreement, we are ready to discuss it.

It is with great pleasure I can announce that the Liberty Rogue High Council
has unanimously voted in favor of accepting this trade agreement. "She raises a drink to cast a toast."
We have read and understand the terms and conditions
and have no issue regarding them. Cutting straight to the point,
we are keen to start immediately.
With Shady regards, "Long live the Corsair Brotherhood!"
"Long Live the Liberty Rogues!"
Hola, hermana. So let it be. The Council shall send the copy of agreement to all our assets, so they know what is going on and to be sure the terms will not be broken. The last thing I want is problems with some amigo not knowing his new friends.
This is a beginning of a new era in life of Corsairs and Rogues. I expect our profits to rise up without intermediators. And direct supplies is harder on being interrupted by infiltrators and spies.
I hope that we shall hear from you more and more over time.
