I am Colonel Gerard Lefevre, head of logistics of Parisian Revolutionists (PR). We are a Council side-branch, and we operate in Leeds, Bretonia, and the Taus to stop the Gallic war machine. A BPA executive told me you are dealing with the things I'm about to mention.

A PR battlegroup with my lead was patrolling in Tau-29 recently. After a few hours of boring routine flight, we encountered a pirate fighter and freighter heading to [REDACTED] jumphole, and refused to stop even after several warnings. We fired cruise disruptor missiles at the ships, then tried to question them about their intentions and destination, but they immediately responded with hostility. After a minor skirmish, both ships were disabled (my guncam took a direct laser hit, and the electric feedback fried my flight recorder, so no proof is available about this incident); the freighter's hull cracked open and the content flew out into space.

Initial scans showed massive power emanation from the packages; My gunboat was recently modified to handle "sensitive and dangerous" materials, so I pulled the crates into my hold. After we took them back home, and our scientists opened them under isolation, we discovered they contain alien power cells and biomatter.

As I mentioned, we can ship these kind of items safely, though our research lab and base is not yet fitted to handle or store them. I hereby would like to offer them for the BIS for research purposes. The cargo in question is 5 pieces of some kind of "derelict artifact/power node", and wreckage of 5 alien gunships.

We would like you to choose the place of the cargo transfer, as you can evaluate the most secure place more effectively. The time is not yet decided, and it depends on how our security wing is available, because I'd like to take a few escorts with me to provide maximum security.

We do not require any payment, but as you know, we have limited resources on this side of Sirius, so if you offer financial reimbursement in exchange for the cargo, we shall not refuse.

I find your report quite interesting, both in what you found and the timing of it. I would be very interested to know the names of these ships you took the cargo from but that can wait for the time being. We would be more then happy to take the cargo and move it somewhere safe.

As to the where and when, There is a hydrocarbon field in Tau-29 that covers most of the sectors Bravo 4 and Charlie 4. We can have a vessel ready for the transfer in that field anytime between 16:00 to 20:00 GMT tomorrow. I will let you choose the specific time from that window.

As to payment, you are equally aware of the situation for us right now. Our resources are stretched quite thin trying to maintain operations in these sectors. That said, I believe there is something we can offer you in exchange for your services that we will both find beneficial. We can discuss such details when we meet in person.

As I stated, all data about the incident was lost due to that unfortunate shot my vessel took. If I had any intel, I'd gladly share it with you. These materials are far too dangerous for general pirates to handle. I already informed our patrols to double check every suspicious ship in that sector.

Since my previous message, I thought up a possible payment method, but we shall discuss that in person.
