Scrap/Prem Scrap Mining in Munich?

So I am chugging around on my Old Salvager and I decided to drop by "New Chernobyl" aka Munich and see how the Scrap Mining/Prem Scrap Mining was in Munich. I shop up in the field and I shoot a few rocks to get a feel of the field and do the math and I get 0 Scrap. So I figured " Maybe I am not in the field enough" So I go deeper, and Still Nothing.


So in short:

Will Munich have Scrap Mining or will the massive scrap fields just sit there for the rest of Humanities existence?


I do feel Premium Scrap would be good there seeing as I do believe that's what ALG/Junkers are doing in lore gathering what pieces of the station are not that badly damaged in order to potentially rebuild the station.
