I have had a report come across my desk of two of your vessels, the BAF|A-HMS-Venerable and the HMS-Repulse deciding to hang around in the No Fire Zone of Freeport One and acting in an interrogatory manner towards Freeport security personnel.
Now as there was no fighting involved in the incident (Although the HMS-Repulse reportedly docked at the Freeport) I would be most grateful if you could please remind your pilots to not loiter around the Freeport.
While your pilots are most certainly not undesirable there exists the possibility that daredevil troublemakers may seek to provoke vessels of the Armed Forces into an incident inside the No Fire Zone. The incidents are reported as follows.
At approximately 1930 hours on the 23rd of May the captain of the BAF|A-HMS-Venerable did take his Carrier class vessel into the No-Fire-Zone of Freeport 1 and did have the following conversation with the security vessel onsite (The name of the security has been removed to provide anonimity for the pilot in question.
Code:
[23.05.2014 19:21:39] <Anonymous>: <Censored>: A-HMS-Venerable, what brings you here?
[23.05.2014 19:21:52] BAF|A-HMS-Venerable: Daniel: But late in asking me, no?
[23.05.2014 19:22:07] BAF|A-HMS-Venerable: Daniel: I shall ask you the very same thing
[23.05.2014 19:22:28] <Anonymous>: <Censored>: You answer first
[23.05.2014 19:22:47] BAF|A-HMS-Venerable: Daniel: How about... No? Please, don't tell me what to do otherwise this isn't going to work
The captain in question did then make haste towards Planet Sprague. A short time later the captain in question did return to the No-Fire-Zone and activate his Jump Drive inside of the No-Fire-Zone.
Now I would think it common courtesy that if your pilots are going to come into our backyard they would at least have the courtesy to inform the security vessel on staff of why they are there.
It would also be fantastic if you could ask your pilots not to activate Jump Drives inside the No-Fire-Zone, it's not too much trouble to move the ships 10k away from the station before engaging the jump drive I would think. While I know that the technology is rigorously tested one only has to look at the Texas incident to see what sorts of troubles Jump technology can provide if it malfunctions. I would prefer if all Confederation stations (With the exception of Freeport Five) remained outside of deadly radiation clouds.
We also have reports that the HMS-Repulse docked on Freeport 1. That is unconfirmed but I would be most grateful if you could remind your pilots to not dock anything larger than a gunboat at the station. As I said before, the presence of Bretonian Armed Forces vessels of that size are something of a magnet for trouble

Mr. Church.
I believe we have not spoken in person before but in passing the formalities I will get straight to the point. The Auxillary Carrier "Venerable" is our first experminental "Jump" Carrier, and recently we have experienced several technical difficulties in its operation. I will admit the talk from its captain was not what I expect to hear from any officers to say. Except in the face of an enemy, which those of the majority of Zoner groups are not.
So I will be dealing with how proper manners are to be given towards our neighbors but you and I both know that Freeport 1 has its own problems in which I could go on and on and on about. But you and I both know that such would be a waste of time.
As an act of good will, I will get into contact with both said vessels and deal with them in my own manner. Hopefully this incident not happen again.
That is all.
