Good evening. This evening we were patrolling near Southampton Shipyard after reports from a police officer of Gallic activity in the sector. While on my patrol, we spotted a GMG affiliated vessel, call sign Sipani.Dolphin , with large shipments of Reinforcement Alloys coming out of Trafalgar base.


Curious as to their destination, we followed the ship to a nearby base, denominated Ilfracombe Base. Having ascertained that this is the base for which a general deployment order was issued last week, and then called off, I checked the status and found that a warning had been issued on the base.


I proceeded to contact the transport Sipani.Dolphin, and exposed the situation to the captain.


The captain declared that he wasn't amongst the group of owners, but expressed availability to convey the warnings and the procedures for a quick resolution of the said problem.
