It seems that there have been an increase of incidents in the Omicrons involving your vessels, something which is to cease immediately.
As per Article 5, subsection 3 of the Rheinland Federal Charter, in the interests of Rheinland Security, the Buro der Marinenachrichtendienst has sole jurisdiction over Rheinland Military, Corporate, and Intelligence operations within the Omicrons.
Henceforth, all Rheinland Corporate and Military operations in the Omicrons without BDM approval are suspended and illegal. All ships that have been implicated in unsanctioned Omicron operations are grounded until BDM inspection and approval.
Any Rheinland Corporate and Military ships that violate this order and continue to operate within the Omicrons without explicit BDM approval will be considered rogue vessels, classified as enemies of the Rhein, and eliminated by force if necessary.
It goes without saying that allegations of breaches in Rheinland Security, like the use of unsanctioned battleships, or making deals with enemies of Rheinland, or doing anything else which is contrary to the interests of the Rhein will not go uninvestigated.
