To whom it may concern

I salute you and the rest of the Republic, Oda Ichirou here, I don't know if you or any of you remember me, but I have come back to ask for a 'favor' but rather an strange 'petition'.

You see after many incidents with the mistress, and tensions rising between different groups and what they think of my mistress is rather concerning, and I have come to write this message to you, because we want to protect ourselfves as well as our Mistress, with Military Grade Ship Lines, so I am asking you to supply us (or allow us to have) one (or more) of your fighters.

Said fighter is the "Nyx" Colonial Very Heavy Fighter and probably the Pythos bomber in a future, (see the incident with a cruiser). I wish for myself to pilot this well crafted ship of yours to merely protect my Mistress, to say, I want it for defensive or escorting purposes. Of course, we won't use it in masses, we barely ask for at least one Pythos and two Nyxes.

In exchange while traveling through your space we:

• Will abide, like we always had, to your laws, and help the Colonial Republic in a way that we do not strive from our main goal of neutrality, saying that, we want to keep ourselves neutral to the rest of the "world" so to say, while having a nice friendship with you. (If you wish something in exchange from this friendship state it in the reply message).
  
  
• Not attack any ally of the Colonial Republic (unless its in self defense).
  
  
• Also, we won't have diplomatic relations, nor agreements with your enemies.
  
  
• And finally, the Ananta Aye Iaei will be a friendly group of zoners, and potential allies, should you treat us that way, we are ok with the rest of the terms. (Making reference to the prior incident between our groups).
  

Should you have another term to this agreement (if you come to agree, of course) or wish to modify the current terms I wrote above let me know. There is no rush to this so please, lets take our time. I wish for your good health and have a good day.
