This is Deputy Arbiter James McKenna...
Puerto Rico space is currently off limits due to a .. well a huge damned mess.
La Fortizellas gun platforms are shooting at everything except those with class 1 clearance to the base.
We think we have the solution to this but it will take time.
So let it be known. If you attempt to enter the PR system the gun platforms will fire upon you!
IF you are IN the PR system you have a better chance of getting out but it would be at your own risk.
Sorry for this inconvenience... We will have this fixed shortly..
