Also, it's not a good technique to find a base. Most of the people that are trying to hide their bases build them above or below the plane. As far as I know that Kuyshu cloud goes up ~15K-20K and down ~15K-20K and range within you could pick up a base on your radar is less then ~10K. Putting the base above those 10K and still within the cloud would make it very hard to find.
