Subject: Reiteration of standing council orders. Notification of Amendment.
Be advised; this is a reiteration of existing Corsair council regulations concerning the following matters.
1: The transmission of Passengers to Omicron Gamma.
Be it known that the trafficking of passengers to Omicron Gamma is forbidden. Vessels found smuggling passengers in this manner will be given one, and only one warning to leave the system.
Failure to do so will result in the destruction of the offending vessel, and a lot of grieving mothers and fathers. There are no exceptions to this rule.
2: The importation of food products.
Be it known that all vessels carrying food to Omicron Gamma will be given safe passage by all Corsair vessels. Vessels carrying said commodity are welcome and encouraged. Should any Corsair vessel breach this order it is advised that suitable evidence be provided to the Council to be dealt with further.
3: The council wishes to add the following commodities, should they be being transmitted TO a Corsair base will also be Granted passage:
All vessels caught trafficking in or supplying the drug Cardamine are henceforth declared enemies of the Corsair nation. Such vessels will be ordered to drop their cargo; failure to comply will result in death.
This the above is agreed by the standing Council of Corsair Elders:

I am wondering once a cargo such as cardamine is dropped by a drug traficer. Should the materiels be destroyed or sent to the nearest planet for analises?
Cardamine that is dropped should be destroyed - we have access to this material for study should we need it - therefore Vaporize it, we want the message to be plain; we will not tolerate the proliferation of this substance.
The Order has taken note of these proclomations and will help where we can. Cardamine will be stopped, however we can only warn ships carrying passangers of their wrong-doing if they approach Corsair space, we will not fire at them unless they are within Omicron 100. Other trading vessels are, by standards, treated as neutrals, so no conflict there.

Since recent changes to the shipping trade have taken place I have noticed on the that Planet Crete has placed orders up on the Commodities net for fertilizer. Since this is not on current proclamation about goods being delivered to Corsair bases, I wanted to get clairification on whether or not we can bring this in to Crete. If this is an allowed commodity then we will begin brining in shipments, along with our usual food runs.
