We do find smugglers from time to time in Liberty and in general we manage to take care of them but this one in particular seems very damn persistent. He's been spotted several times smuggling Cardamine in various places around Liberty, but for some reason is allowed to dock at every Police base.
His name is CashMaker, below you can find the evidence of his crimes. We would very much like him to be denied docking at every lawful base in Liberty in the interest of everyone involved.
