I am Captain-Colonel Stephanie Chaple from the 15th Hell Angels Squadron within the Colonial Republic. Myself and Captain-Colonel Claire Chandler have been speaking about how to improve the Hells Angels and to stop the smuggling happening between the Tau's into Bretonia and Liberty via Coronado and Cortez.

With this request, it will give us the fire power we are after for a small squadron to patrol and take down and smuggling Junkers we come across, with us buying these vessels from you, it will help build our relations and we are assisting you with taking down the Junker Smuggling Convoy's and taking down Outcasts.

These vessels will NOT be used against any Gallic Forces unless we have permission from your Guild First.
