Order to Liberty Treaty

This is a signed agreement by the Liberty and Order high command.

This treaty grants two Order Vessels, Kestrel and Tenabras, entrance
into Liberty Space without being considered a hostile threat. The
meaning for this treaty is to lower the current tensions that Liberty
and the Order share. This treaty is to also show that we, the Order,
aren't as bad as Liberty portrays us to be, some of us.

Both Order Vessels, while staying in Liberty, have multiple restrictions.
The restrictions include:

Order Vessels May NOT:
-Attack Liberty Forces or Civilian vessels.
-Help Liberty attack Order ships or it's allies.
-Help allies attack Liberty.

Order Vessels CAN:
-Decline orders from Liberty vessels if it's busy.
-Traverse in and out of Liberty space, including Z-21, Freely.
-Aid Liberty in destroying threats to Liberty. (Smugglers, pirates, etc)
-Land on Liberty Bases (Only in extreme conditions)

The Liberty ships also have restrictions when interacting with
the two Order ships. (This includes Bounty Hunters)

Liberty Vessels May NOT:
-Ask Tenabras or Kestrel to aid in an assault by Order Allies
(They can tell it to negotiate with the allies and get them to leave)

Liberty Vessels Can:
-Call on both Order Vessels at any time for aid.
(However Kestrel is only a recon/research vessel. Not Combatant.)
-Ask both ships to leave a system if something comes up that
calls for the ship to be removed.


By signing this treaty you here by accept all the restrictions and
are to follow these restrictions. If any restriction is violated
by the Order ships this treaty will be revoked and both
ships are removed from Liberty. If a faction leader signs this
they speak for their whole faction and agree that the
faction will abide by this treaty and hence forth follow it.

All who agree with this treaty have full permission to sign
this treaty if they are to be apart of said treaty.
