I want help with freelancer ship modeling, I learn some basics of blender in past but I forget them now , any help, how to start it , ofc I know it will take time and hard work to make good models.

Go for it.


One suggestion though. When making the model, I suggest you make one side of the ship and then mirroring it. Sometimes the thing does odd stuff and you end up with some very narly splicing.

To model you do not need Freelancer-specific tutorials.

You just hit Blender Tutorials in youtube and browse them.

Or Spaceship Modelling.

Or anything ,really.

There is a potential downside to mirroring. The cavitating you get on many of the bigger ships comes from the model not being centered properly. You really need to make certain that the centerline of the model is the centered on the work space to avoid that.
