We have heard about a new company that shown up in Pennsylvania. This is great news indeed and we write to you with proposal, because we are both new to the Libertonian market. We can offer your both mining, shipping and full mutual cooperation within Hallam Nebula, as we would be sharing the very same mining area. As about the shipping, our goal is to provide Kusari with supply of fresh Helium from Liberty.
However, to make it more official, we should not make such decisions with electronics between us. We believe that meeting of our representatives in the New York System - because it is up to the Liberty Government to accept our businesses - would be more acceptable and encouraged.
