Dear Sirs/Madams,

I would like to clarify a point of current Liberty law. I know the transportation of goods for sale in Rheinland is banned (apart from some exceptions).

Is the transportation of goods allowed across the border if the goods are destined for sale to Rheinland rebels outside of Rheinland space?

I know i can do this perfectly legally (according to Liberty law) by traveling through Bretonia, however the Rheinland route is quicker and causes much frustration to Rheinland forces, which I am sure you will appreciate.

If i could get a clarification of the above i would be most grateful.

To fully answer your questions I will require some further information. What goods are you shipping and what is the destination?

As far as the letter of the law is concerned ALL ships without prior approval are barred from carrying goods into Rheinland.
