Guten Tag Damen und Herren. I am Kommissar Karl von Schlafenberg of the Buro der Marineninteligenz, Rheinland intelligence organisation you should already know about. It has been a long time since the last meeting between the Buro and the Royal Navy took place. I would like to discuss something what would be much safer to discuss between four eyes. To be straight, I am intending to arrange a second meeting. The issue I want to discuss may influence our future relationship in very positive way which will benefit both sides. As I've mentioned, meeting should take a place far from any possible praying eyes, not like during the last time in Baffin, which I was participating on as an escort ship of the Buro gunboat. Nothing against you of course, this was just a minor annoyance. I am looking forward to get a hear from you. Kommissar Schlafenberg, out.

Kommissar,
Following the success of our previous rendezvous, the Office finds itself interested in your proposal. Though little was ever made concrete following its conclusion, the foundations for a lasting and mutually beneficial relationship were laid.
I see that the Buro found our previous meeting point not entirely suitable. Therefore, the Office is optimistic that your organisation has managed to source an even more exemplary location for our conference. We look forward to hearing about it.
Naturally, we will require more details about this meeting-to-be before anything can begin to be arranged. Feel free to provide them at your earliest convenience.
Guten Tag, I am pleased by the fact that we got your response this soon, Frau Agent. I was not talking about any planned location for our meeting, but I would gladly inform you that we can manage to find a safe location for the ocassion directly in Rheinland space if you wish. In this case, cruiser under my command have a conference room which could be enough to serve this purpose. Although I suppose we both prefer a neutral ground. We may do the meeting in Baffin again or in some nearby system, despite the previous interruption. Unfortunate fact is that there is allways some chance of stomping on a thin ice and getting the meeting revealed, regardless the place of it.
About the issue we will discuss on the meeting, we need some materials not available in the Federal Republic of Rheinland, I have heard that Gallia can provide some. It could work vice-versa too. If the Royal Navy need some important commodities, we will attempt to bring them to Gallia. In short, I would like to discuss a possibility of material exchange.
Auf Wiedersehen Frau Agent!

Kommissar,
A secure location within Rheinland itself will serve as an acceptable rendezvous point. The Office believes that this will minimise the possibility of security oversights, since the Federal Republic is so far from the frontier of the Crown's advance. We are sure that you can ensure our delegation's safety while within your House's borders - the journey to and from Rheinland itself, you need not worry about.
Certainly, the Kingdom is in possession of many goods not attainable within Sirius, whether it be by virtue of Gallic technology or raw materials not native to Sirian soil. By the same token, the quality of Rheinland's goods is well-known even to us. It is the Office's opinion, therefore, that a material exchange can easily be arranged, subject to all the required details being ironed out at our conference. The Département Logistique will be more than capable of handling any shipments that arise as a result.
Frau Agent, the Buro High Command have spoken. The meeting will take place in the Hamburg system. Suggested date and time is Saturday, 10th of January, 18:00 according to the 'Sirius Mean Time' system. If the proposed time is not suitable for you, please suggest other, preferably later the day. The Buro is quite flexible in this way so we can eventually adapt.
About your delegation, we would like to ask you to not bring any vessel bigger than a gunboat. According to the Rheinland laws, cruiser class and bigger foreign warships must have an authorisation from the Rheinwehr admiral to enter. We would like to keep the meeting only between the Buro and the Office of Naval Intelligence. That is the reason of my plea to you.
If the Office don't have any clue how to get to Hamburg through the Liberty space, we will gladly send you some usefull map logs.
Auf Wiedersehen!

Kommissar,
The date and time outlined by the Buro is more than acceptable. The Office's delegation will adhere to all guidelines regarding Federal Republic law.
Assistance with regards our arrival at the rendezvous will not be necessary.
Guten Tag Frau Agent, I am informing you that a cruiser in service of the Buro der Marineninteligenz, the RNC-Herschel is currently at the position and ready to serve the meeting. Once you enter the Hamburg system, you will be informed about the exact position of the Herschel.
I am looking forward to your arrival, Kommissar Schlafenberg out.
