I am currently residing in Kusari, representing The Order among top tier diplomatic talks with Blood Dragon movement. An opportunity has arisen, which you may benefit from - an option to strike against your opponents from least expected direction. Before yet I can elaborate any write up of a plan with my hosts, I need honest Colonial outline of your current relations with Kusari organizations. If found compatible, I am able to arrange audience with Hokama Shogunate. They are no friends to Gallia, ever so they feel their home was disgraced by defeat at hands of King Charles forces in Tau conflict.
It has been some time since we have heard from the Order, and as such it took some time for your message to be brought to my attention as it passed through various aides. Rest assured though, your comm has my full attention.
Your comm has indeed caused a bit of interest from members within the high command, and we are quite interested in hearing more from the Hokama Shogunate and yourselves. As far as our current relations with other Kusarian forces, we are on very unfriendly terms. As they have sold themselves to the Gallic tyrants, so too have they sold their right to any sort of diplomatic talk or peace between us. Those whom fight the current governmental slaves of the royalists though are of course ones whom garner our respect and admiration. While we have not had any strikes against Kusari recently, we would be eager to hear of ways to disrupt supply lines or hinder their alliance.
I await your response.

Colonial Republic
The Shogun himself is intrigued as to what Colonial Military could bring to the table in fight for better Kusari. They are powerful enough to last against ongoing onslaught as they have done for centuries, but it will take more to bring them to power. Blood Dragons have agreed to a meeting on neutral ground: a Freeport or an installation outside of Kusari borders ran by Gas Miners Guild. My role in establishing communications come to an end, as I patch secure communications between your command and the shogunate. You will hear of me again soon enough.
