Ships with no skin

i have had this problem with some ships for awhile now since i started on 4.77 i did not make a fuss of it because i was new and thought it was a know problem.
after the recent update however i did question if it was just me i re downloaded it to be sure and the same ships from 4.77 did not have skins. for example all Red Hessians ships do not have skins and the Ragnar and the behemoth there is alot more if anyone has any idea to fix please could you let me know.
i have reinstated and waited for new patch to see if it would fix it but no success.

here is a example of my GB now imagine this but Totaly white and on the Red Hessian ships

If by system you mean computer then
8 Core AMD piledriver CPU
4 GB Sapphire R290 GPU
16 GB Ram
and i have windows 7 pro
that what you meant?

There's the issue. There's big problems with the newest AMD cards forcing the game to run on the lowest graphic settings.

Same issue with my Arrow and Raven's claw. I was told to turn up the texture details under options - performance. It worked for me. Thanks to Zed for the tip.
