" It has been awhile since our peoples have conversed, the Gaians have helped us make great strides in the restoration of the biosphere of JiangXi to it's former state, while the work is ongoing it is bearing fruit. However I did not merely call our friends in Bretonia simply to praise the combined work in the restoration of a damaged world, I have contacted you on another matter entirely.

I am sure you have heard of the so-called 'Reapers of Sirius', while their primary fleet has scattered there are still enclaves within the system of Cayman, a Coalition system under occupation by the remnants of the terrorists that seek genocide against our people. However the time to retake what is rightfully ours is on the horizon, however the Reapers have done something to the only world inhabitable, something unforgivable in the eyes of both the People and Nature herself. Braillia has been tainted, Gamma Radiation prevents long-term settlement and has caused massive damage to the biosphere, the purpose for such and act we do not know, however this must not continue, we seek to take Cayman by force and restore the balance, however we would call upon the Gaians in both the purge of this menace to Sirius and aid in the healing of this world so life may once again flourish upon her surface.

Good day to you sir,

I am here to represent the scientific interests of the Watchers organization of the Gaians. I have read about the damage these "Reapers" have done to that planet, and it is very sad. Though we are few in number, we are more than willing to assist in fixing the damage caused, by force if needed. Have you tried to negotiate with these people at all? Clouds of debris would also be problematic.

If you have tried and it has not succeeded, we are willing to assist with military action. If you could first transmit details to us about this sector, it would be most useful.

"Privyet Doctor, while nothing would please me more than to have peace with our neighbour, the sad fact is the Reapers of Sirius are simply not interested in negotiating a truce. They have many a time during our engagements made it perfectly clear they seek our genocide rather than submission, such a force cannot be permitted to continue as civilized Sirius condemns such acts of brutality.

The Reapers are simply not interested in talking, not when they feel they have a chance to exterminate our people. The only option is to subdue their militarized forces, remove their capacity to make war and pacify any Civilian Population they have to ensure a full-scale Reaper Uprising does not take place. From there the healing process can take place and their people reeducated and brought into our fold as brothers and sisters in humanity. However this cannot happen until their military has been neutralized and disarmed.

As we speak the Coalition fleets are mobilizing and preparing for our initial assault, we have to end this threat of genocide before their forces regroup.

That is quite foolish of them, to avoid peace. It is their own funeral I suppose.

I have spoken with my associates and we are very much willing to help in this, to ensure that system they occupy ends up healthy in the end. We will be dispatching some science ships to do scans, as well as sending ships to your system. Which station is the best for our people to land on?

"The Coalition will make it's berths on Sevastopol Depot open to your pilots as it is closest to the Jumphole to Omega-49 and can actively refuel your ships as needed. Should you require any other amenities than the Ministry of Plenty will endeavor to provide, all we ask that there be no weapons discharging onboard Sevastopol Depot as it is an H-3 Mining Facility and actively converts the H-3 into H-Fuel, weapons discharges tend to ignite any fumes so there is a standing rule that the safeties on all weaponry is to be left on.
