Dear Sir or Madam,

Over the last weeks, the Guild has found itself as the target of attacks carried out by mercenaries inside Bretonian House Space. The attacker is Venom.Wagner (and slight variations), a freelancer Waran pilot with a cloaking device. He is staging from lawful Bretonian bases, mostly Essex, to carry out the strikes.

He claims to work for blood money, and as the Guild's only lethal enemies in the southern Bretonian region are the Corsairs, we have the suspicion that he is working for them.

We would ask the Bretonian Police to investigate this person and the Guild would be thankful if his name could be added to the criminal registry, so that he cannot stage from Bretonian bases any more.

As we are already in a conversation, I might as well use it to convey more information on attackers.

Carnifex, a CAU 8 Serenity. Yesterday flying Freelancer ID, today Junker ID.

Crimes:

1. Destruction of the IMG|Ariel[R]

Carnifex engaged the Ariel for no apparent reason, and given the ID papers of a Freelancer, I ask myself for whom he was working in the attack. The claim he made for self-defense was a lie, as our trade command has no reason to open fire on a Freelancer. I cannot exclude a connection to the recent bounty issues.

[23.02.2015 20:59:48] Carnifex: Such rudeness {Comment of the rescued pilot: I try to jump into lane, not realising he is wanting to interact with me further than the greeting. I attempt to dock into lane but he is disrupting it, however I do not realise this (I thought it was just some patrol ship as there were Corsair patrols in area. I then attempt to cruise. He fires CD at me, followed moments later by shots.}

2. Failed Piracy attempt against the IMG|Diamond

The commander of the Carnifex changed to Junker papers and tried to hold up the Diamond. After not stopping, he opened fire. The fight changed against the attacker when an ALG fighter came in and assisted. Carnifex was destroyed before it could reach the DHC base in O3.

We have reviewed the information that you have sent. We sincerely hope that you Pilots are well after their ordeal.

We have informed our Constables to be extra vigilante, when on Patrol, for both Ships, Carnifex and Venom Wagner. We have also increased our Patrols of Omega 3.

We are sure that the Bretonian Armed Forces will also increase their presence in Omega 3 as well.

Hopefully these miscreants will be neutralised, shortly, and normal activity may resume.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have to admit the answers is not very satisfying, as it is open to interpretation.

In the eyes of the Guild, the evidence the Guild submitted is rather clear.
The laws of Bretonia were broken, and there are consequences defined by the law.
If the BPA needs any pieces of information to process the accusations properly, let me know what you need.

I have to ask whether Mr. Venom Wagner is considered a criminal in Bretonia or not. The BPA classification is important for our defense stategies, as well as for a legal confrontation in Rheinland, where he poses as an innocent civilian just across the border. A clear BPA statement might be very helpful in dealing with the subject across the border.
