Recently, you may have noticed a resurgence among the Sisterhood. Much like your own movement over the past months - for which the Shogunate has my congratulations, of course - those aboard Chanai and Ainu have been galvanized to similar action. The Republican government has reneged on promise after promise since coming to power, and enough is finally enough. Our new movement has called the Sisterhood to motion like never before - a call to arms that will send shockwaves throughout our House and beyond, and sweep aside all those who oppose us.
Already, myself and many of my sisters have come into contact with the Shogunate's forces, and fought willingly alongside them against the Republic's military. The time-honoured bond between the Blood Dragons and Golden Chrysanthemums stands as strong as ever, and it is with this message that I hope to continue fostering these good relations between our pilots and peoples.
Consider this transmission to be a message from friends. As always, the Rising Sisters of Kusari stand with their allies. Together, we can realise the dream harboured by both our movements, and free Kusari of the corruption that lurks both within and without our great House.

I already had the pleasure to fight alongside your warriors and its true that the Golden Chrysanthemums and Blood Dragons become stronger every day.
Of course, the pilots and warriors of the Blood Dragons will continue to fight alongside their sisters and defeat the ones who oppressors the citizens of Kusari with their lies and illusions.
