Guten Tag, Herr Henderson. Honestly, I don´t know what to think about your invitation, considering fact there is currently investigation of two IMG pilots in progress which I lead. Do you realize how it looks like? Such a bad timing. Especially when you propose informal meeting, at least it seems so.

So, to make it clear at the beginning: I will not tolerate any attempts to lobby in current case or get information from investigation. It would mean my immediate departure and if you have anything like that in mind, rather save time of both of us and cancel the invitation.

However, I´m also not interested in creating any rumours that polizei or its representatives are biased against IMG and their representatives, and refuse any dialog between both organizations. For this reason I accept your invitation which I take as opportunity to discuss some matters like for example security situation in Rheinland and especially Omega-7, and also to show that polizei is interested in good relations and cooperation with all legal parties. Exact time of my arrival on Freeport 1 will be send via secured personal channel.

But one last thing - despite I appreciate your etiquette of a gentleman, it is completely unacceptable that you would be paying any expenses for me. Despite the informal character of the meeting, such gesture could be misinterpreted terribly. Polizeidirektor taking any donation from representative of IMG, be it in form of paid expensive dinner, is something completely unacceptable. I hope you understand.
