To the Leadership of the Confederation of Freeports,

Let me quickly give you a quick brief on who I am. You may or may not have heard about me in the passed.

I am Former Omicroners Security Division Administrator and at that time Livadia Shipyard Administrator. As you can see this was many years ago. After the Omicroners vanished the Phoenix formed and I joined them while staying close to Livadia Shipyard and Omicron 74. Towards the near end of the Phoenix I was given the oppotunity to become Ambassador of Livadia Shipyard. Which was a priveledge. But the reason I have come to you today is for the opportunity to take Livadia Shipyard and become one of the Administrators or an Ambassador of this Shipyard. I have good knowledge about this Shipyard and I have been a high member of this Shipyard.

It would be an honour to take this role up again but first I thought id communicate with the Confederation of Freeports to see whom I have to speak with.
