Hey just trying to get back into freelancer and always loved this community so I reinstalled Freelancer and installed Discovery its all working nice and smooth but only problem is the 4 hours I played today that I saved never saved can someone help so my SP games will save please.

As I mentioned in the other thread, they did get saved, but were automatically deleted by dslauncher when you started up the program.
The game deletes saves automatically (alongside with restart.fl) to prevent game from crashing.
HOWEVER, you don't need to save. There's command window, in which you can check things, like SHOW command to show WHOLE area of the Sirius, with all bases and stuff. You can even jump around the Sirius, teleporting yourself straight into Omicrons for example.
It'd be nice to have a launcher option for this, though. Rather than having to bypass the launcher entirely in order to play SP, or having to move saves around and backing them up like a caveman.
