I noticed earlier that game starting to behive odd... example... NPC dont show up from last night, i saw once before that server cap was 225...?? i was serveal time traped in wormhole when docking in Jump gate.... can someone explain what is going on?? and ever mentioned missions.... when will work?? please give me some info on those problems and when will be fixed.?? THANKS....

If there's 90+ players online, the NPC spawn rate is greatly decreased
And yes, about a few years ago it was 225 but that was shrunk because of server load.

Server restart normally fixes this, its a jump bug, its not really fixable on your end.

Missions are a come and go thing, Ally will announce when they work again
