I am representing Sirius Coalition Commissariat. Consider us Police and Intelligence organisation of Sirius Coalition State. Good portion of our pilots have been part of SCRA a couple of months ago. And some of them still posess and/or aim to posess LWB technology as have been agreed by you and us. For example me and comrade Arslan wanted to take two Sense bombers. But to prevent any unwanted problems - like your pilots wondering what nonSCRA pilots are doing with your guns and ships - Council of Commissars sent me to talk with you about that.
I have some questions regarding that agreement as a whole and role of SCC in that. Firstly, do LWB still use the ships and weapons that the Coalition have sent you? I do recall at least one Storm Gunship and pair of Insurgents and Revolutions. Secondly, do all Coalition pilots or only SCRA can, if they do, freely purchase equipment from LWB market and use against mutual enemies?
If answer to that questions is 'No' the third question will be: What do SCC have to do to resurrect or establish new technology exchange agreement? Our and yours engeniers made hard work on harmonysing our technology so loss of efficency of mixed tech do not pass 10%, I would be very sad to let their work being useless, when we could make it work for us both.
Also, I have tried to find you under Rheinland section of INN but failed. Why your organisation have been removed from there?
I eager to hear for your reply.
For the better future! For The Coalition!
We have been on very good relations with the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army and its people, I even had a dinner with Premier Warner once. I would not mind working with different parts of the Coalitions people, however, I will not risk our good relations with the SCRA for this.
You mentioned that you and your people have been SCRA pilots once, so does this mean that you are deserters? Because this is how I understand these words. If you are, you should understand that we are not going to have any further diplomatic contact with your group, our loyality towards our allies does not allow it. If you are no deserters, then you for sure could provide us with information that would back this up.
To answer your questions:
We have access to a limited number of Coalition ships, that we once acquired while dealing with the SCRA, the exact number of ship class should be not relevant for you.
If you are able to prove that you are a legal entity of the Coalitions state, we can include your group into the deals that arranged the technology exchange, if the SCRA agrees to it, which is necessary because they are the ones that worked on these deals.
I also do not recall your group having done a lot of work when it came to finding ways of matching our technology to yours, simply due to the fact that your group did not even exist back then. This appears to be solely the SCRA's effort.
The Landwirtrechtbewegung tries not to be listed on any records, as this has proven to be dangerous in the past.

Greetings Miss Annike Eckfeld,
This is the Military Commissar [NO DATA AVAILABLE] speaking. There has been misunderstandments in the words of Miss Dorian, seems like, sometimes you have to Contact an ally directly, rather then sending a representative.
To be clear with, there are no deserters in the Coalition. If there are, we would've already been notified and such traitors wouldn't be able to live even one second. As I mentioned, there are no such things as "deserters" in our Coalition, because every deserter has been executed, we don't show mercy in such acts.
This is the Council of Commissars. We are doing everything in the name of the Coalition, as same as a Coalition Soldier just with higher responsibility.
Thus, as the Army itself has lend you tech in the past, we would like that you share with us the honor in trusting each other too. People's Commissar Dorian and Arslan could do a much greater work in Rheinland hidden in your vessels instead of openly entering it with a Coalition Fighter. You do understand, we Commissars have a high priority in spreading the Revolutions name and to do so, we would like to be able to experiment with ships, which leads us again to our trusted Allies that would willingly hand it out and support this cause at its fullest.
We do apologize if we brought any inconvenience, this wasn't our intention. Dorian's statement about "former SCRA Soldiers" was meant that they accomplished great victories in the Army, but in the end decided to put their skills into the Commissariat and continue their lives as Commissars. We don't see any problem in that, if a Persons skill is more qualified for this job, then he shouldn't waste time in the other one.
