Good afternoon Mr. Hamann -

My name is Kalsai Lostra, Administrator of Heisenberg Research Station. I have noticed that station under construction near here, though with our current work at restoring our own station, we have been unable to make your acquaintance until this time. Apologies.

Regarding your invitation, we are thankful for your consideration. While we do have my scientists aboard, they unfortunately are quite busy already with some current projects. This is not meant to be dismissive, I assure you, but more to indicate that at this present time, we have no able bodied members aboard that can dedicate time to an unknown project not associated with Heisenberg. With that said though, we are interested in hearing more of what you have in mind regarding your project aboard your station, and I can reach out to our directors and see if they would be able to supply any scientists that are currently not tied up in a project at this time.
