Can the admins give us a definitive green message on pursuits that can be added into the rules?

I remember once an admin said it was ok to start an encounter (piracy/fight/whatever) in a system your ID permits and to chase them into system your ID does not permit, however that seems to have changed as this happened meaning that the circumstances can differ.

I think it's pretty clear. You cannot make a demand in House Space, but if you made the demand outside of House Space you may pursue the target into House Space.

It's not a sanction there, it's a warning to not cross the thin line between the two situations.

Lyth, it says exactly in the thread what the admin ruling is. As long as the encounter starts outside House Space, you can continue into House Space.

Why it was that they decided to do this via a warning thread and not a green announcement is beyond me, but Admin trickery knows no bounds. (nerd)
