*Sunny appears on the screen in a formal suite and looking sharp.*
Good day, friends.
As the good neighbor I am, I would like to again say hello and ask if the the PLR needs help in anything that I can handle?
As you already know we are still opening our doors wide to any business and cargo you may find around that needs to be sold somewhere.
Is there anything though that we can aid in?
*The screen fills with static for a few seconds before a man looking to be in his mid 30's takes a seat in an old office chair. The large window behind him revealing station docks filled with Liberty Rogue ships and other vessels.*
Good to finally meet with you, Sunny.
My names Marcus, I run Padua and pretty much everything else that the boss don't care to bother with. Given the fact that somehow this transmission went unnoticed for so long, I feel the need to apologize. It was not my intention, nor Lord Mokas to ignore a call directed to the Guard. Of course, you do understand that the lawfulls round liberty keep us pretty busy and things go awry from time to time.
Anyhow... Your offer of aid to the PLR in any form we may need, is greatly appreciated, and welcomed. As it so happens, one of my patrol craft, call sign of PLR:Cerulean was giving Kepler a good looking through and took notice of your installation, Blackport 66. To be honest, that stations existence was only thought to be rumor among the Guard until a few days ago. So this creates a slight conundrum for myself and my men... especially the boss should he find out about this.
You see, it goes like this Sunny. The Guard have strict rules about new installations popping up around our turf. The rules in question specifically targeted towards new installations go as follows. You want to build, then you ask the Guard for permission. Lord Moka decides if it's in his and the Guard's best interest for it residing in our turf. Once he's made the decision, he will set a price that must be paid, on a steady basis that he thinks is fair. You would then pay your first rental fee, as it were, then go about building it as you see fit. Building a new installation on PLR turf this way is the best and safest way for both parties. It guarantees safety for your property from the PLR, possible protection from others that would seek to destroy your property, for a minor additional fee of course, and you would be free to go about your business uninhibited.
This is how things should have been handled. However, this is not how things were handled. I've already reviewed the footage taken of your installation and found it to be quite far in its construction... one could even say it's finished. So what I suggest, Sunny, is you and your men make this up to Lord Moka and the Guard. I would ask only two simple things, one would be a show of good faith; the other, a contribution to the guards funds.
For the show of good faith, I believe docking rights would be a good start so that we may partake of your services, store some cargo as you've suggested, and hopefully take a drink now and then at the stations Bar. I would hope it has a good one given your reputation, Sunny.
As for the contribution to guard funds... we can discuss this in greater detail at a later date. Who knows, we may even simply wave the generous contribution should we find something of more favor to us.
I await your response, Vale out.
*Marcus leans forwards, tapping a button on his console, the screen instantly going dark*

Good day...
As stated before in the last transmission our doors are already allowing you to dock. I dont understand why you think otherwise...
I do not understand the confusion so I suggest you please see this.
Like I said... we have our doors open and our business with the PLR is still available... as I have stated...
Besides that... other help we can do is offer to run some supplies if needed for anything in particular.
Well then Sunny, it would seem you already got your answer from the Boss. I won't be stepping into no concrete shoes this early in life. You do as the Boss says, you steer clear of us, we'll do the same. Don't get shot.
