The following factions have been warned last month, and have not met the requirements for a second month in a row. Your official status has been stripped. These two factions will need to use the standard ID, as theirs are being discontinued.

They however qualify for the Hardship Program and are given two weeks to make an appeal if they desire. If rejected, or we receive nothing, they will be stripped of their status as well.
