Respectful leaders of the the Republic of Liberty, High Command Officers of the Liberty Navy,

My name is Captain Oliver William Davis of The Bretonian Armed Forces. While on a regular patrol in the Dublin system my wing encountered an a upholder class bomber vessel bearing "D9" tags coming from the Edinburgh system. Upon arrival I ordered the vessel to identify itself but it just fired up its cruse engines and decided to run.

We managed to intercept the vessel but unfortunately it was not cooperative and several more arrived on scene
flying libretonian space craft with unknown weapon configurations. After the brief questioning of the Libretonian officers my scanner picked up some unknown reading from the hold on one of the vessels, I could not take the risk to allow it to enter the Kingdom of Bretonia and asked several times the pilot to relinquish it. How ever he did not comply,what shock me the most is that they decided to engage us on the fallowing reason that we were not armed forces officers. On the contrary we are but they engaged us anyway.

While mid engagement Fleet Admiral Michele O'Brian arrived on scene and the D9 forces engaged her as well in the course of the battle the D9 forces were overrun, and they decided to fall-back to the Chester system that we know there nothing in it we fallowed to peruse and what we saw took our breath away, these pilots flew in to a Nomad patrol and were not engaged event worse they lead us to their Base of operations a Nomad Installation.
We only heard rumours about it but to see it was breath taking what's worse is that the libretonian pilots attempted to dock with the installation but fortunately we managed to take them out while they were docking to the installation I guess its more complicated with human technology.

The Armed forces would like to ask for more information on "D9" and their actions they have taken against Bretonian officers. Information on the organisation itself it's structure and purposes. I am attaching the relevant information for you to see. With respect.

Davis, your report confirms the suspicions we've already had about Division 9. We've had our doubts about Division 9 for some time now, and had yet to get solid confirmation, but this seems to prove it- Division 9 has been completely infected by the Nomads.

We have no information available on their intentions, the original purpose of the unit, or even who was a part of their division, they seem to have wiped all pertinent information from any records we have access to. Naturally, if you encounter them again, we expect you to take the necessary steps. Their ships are to be destroyed as quickly as possible, any prisoners you take should be shot, immediately, and their body completely destroyed.

I hope you understand that this information is highly classified, and should not be distributed to personnel without proper clearance. We will notify the LSF of these developments, and we suggest you do the same with your own intelligence services.
