Seeing how your also received this communique, I am sure you are well aware of the details surrounding the situation that went down in Stuttgart today.

As requested by Major Harkonnen on the field, as well as Kapitän Winters, you are required to submit a full debriefing (with evidence) on the scenario that occurred to the Rheinwehr, seeing how you were the only person with a Rheinland law enforcement affiliation who witnessed the situation.

Tell us why you chose to interfere with weapons instead of forcing the participants to stand down, and give us evidence on what made you determine which the guilty side of the engagement was: Such pieces of evidence will also help us make a decision whether we should impose sanctions on either parties and should we do so, how severe they should be.
