Yesterday an Akegata-class transport christened the CR|-CM-Freedom found its way into Bundschuh-held territory. Admittedly I'm not wholly familiar with your organization or its intentions, but I'll admit that it was a refreshing change not to have contraband or pirates using our Taunusfeld anomalies to get around.

The Captain of this transport hinted at a desire to continue using the route I subsequently showed her in the near future. I'm willing to permit this safe passage given these caveats;

- A monthly fee of twenty million sirian standard credits ($20,000,000) is paid to VWA|Kasse, with the first payment being confirmation of this agreement.
- No commodities or goods that the Bundschuh consider contraband are to be shipped through our territory or Rheinland, including:

Cardamine
Alien Artifacts
Nomad Materials
"Human Cargo", unless willing
Military Vehicles

If these are acceptable terms, we'll hold up our own part of the bargain and ensure that your ships go unmolested by both piracy and Federal incursions. Finally, be aware that entering the Westerwald Nebula to reach Neu Berlin is a breach of Federal Rheinlandic Law.

It is nice to hear from you so soon, I am the pilot of the Akegata - Class Transport you escorted through Rheinland space a few days ago. I must admit, I was in Bundschuh territory which I will apologize for as you were told, it is the safest route for us at the moment. I must also admit I am not familiar with your organization but time will give us a little more information on yourself and the organization you work for. We had a little chat about this but not into depth.

Well the Colonial Movers will NOT be transporting any kind of contraband, we only use these anomolies as it is safer than using the lanes in Rheinland and it is also quicker for our destination.

I agree and will sign to these terms you have given. The $20.000.000 should be paid to VWA|Kasse onboard bank account, please have the account checked within the hour. If it is not please inform me and I will have it sent via my persona funds. If there are goods or contraband being moved via the territory you have given us safe passage for, please inform myself straight away with a fine of how much it is worth and we will come to terms with it. I do hope though this will never happen.
