I bought a Sabre in Omega-3 came all the way back to Penn and realized that it has only 3 level 9 weapon slots..
Any ideas how to fix it?

The Sabre and many other fighters have a weapon slot labeled "Missile Pod". You can mount a missile in there or another Class 9 gun.
