In recent times, there has been a new organisation called Politech Co. operating out of Sigma 19. These individuals had us believe they were acting out of idealistic intentions and were willing to contribute resources to the Chrysanthemum effort. However, they have failed to follow through with their promises and have revealed to us that they are just as corrupt an organisation as Kishiro or Samura.
Do not consider this just a single-sided request from an ally however. They have been supplying H3 to the enemies of the Blood Dragons, undermining your cause and strengthening your enemies. Thus a combined effort will further both our causes. I shall forward to you our communications, thus far ignored by |P-Tech|.
