Let me introduce myself first. My name is Antonio Bloodrose of the Bloodrose Syndicate.
Now that you know who I am I would like to get to business. You know, our planet - planet Malta is a very big one, truly it is. Because of it's size there are a lot of people there yet not enough, not enough workers to be precise. To solve that problem we're getting workers from across the Sirius mostly Liberty. So today, my friend and I were about to transport a lot of new workers from Liberty to Malta. When we arrived in Tau-29 system we wanted to make a stop on Freeport 6 in order to buy food and water for our new workers. What happens next is that a whole bunch of Colonials and their friends started arguing near the Freeport. I must admit, they were annoying, yes, but we only argued. Until.... they decided to shoot us. Why? Because they wanted to "free" our workers, imagine that.
I respect you Zoners and your laws. If I wanted to wipe those Colonials and their friends believe me I could, 2-3 Gunboats and that's it, they're gone, but I didn't wanted to. Why? Because I respect Freeport laws. If there is no-shoot policy I want to feel safe, safe from enemy cannons or whatever. Those Colonials damaged our ships and we're not talking about some tiny scratches, my engine is toasted as well as left side of the ships, not to mention injured workers...

I have reviewed the evidence and I find it disturbing that someone could commit such a gross violation of our laws. This isn't the first such time the Colonials have been reported.
Senor Bloodrose, I appreciate your restraint in the matter. I can offer components on the engine damage and a crew to assist with damage and even a place to stay while the work goes on. I run a low budget operation for passing traders so we are not wealthy here. I will also be addressing the Colonials about this.

Commander Matok, thank you for your reply and thank you for those Engine Components as well as the crew you've sent to help me fix my transport. As for those Colonial I expect a punishment for their previous actions.
