But first try to start the launcher as an admin, and check it again.

en mode administrateur, il refuse de le prendre en compte, raison no periph associated. mais en le lancant direct via le dossier d'install, il unzip tout! c(est en train de se faire. ex^lication en englais après si ca marche.
