COMM ID:Directorate, NOF 31 Long Island TARGET ID:Guildmasters of the Gas Miners' Guild and the Ryukyu Guild SUBJECT:Proposal for acquisition ENCRYPTION:MODERATE PRIORITY:MODERATE
Greetings, guildmasters of the GMG and the Ryukyu Guild.
The Directorate of Long Island wishes to negotiate a supply contract with your organizations, regarding Optronic and Quantum Arrays native to Kusarian technological companies. We are unfortunately relatively uninformed about current political goings-on within the Gas Miners' Guild and the newly-mentioned Ryukyu Guild, so we simply wish to inquire as to the interest either organization would have in a large-scale, short-term supply contract with Long Island and her sister installation Adirondack. If you are interested, please contact the Directorate on this frequency.

Long Island Directorate.
We have been delivering fuel and passing through your space recently, and have had only pleasant interactions. I believe that these stations are military constructs, hai? If we accept this contract we would need our ships permitted to moor and updated identification scans for permits and dealing with checkpoints.
Ah, but this requires us to open a contract with you. Even if it is short term, we would like to know what you are willing to do in the way of payment and on what scale you are speaking. The Ryukyu commerce division is still new and small, but given this isn't a request to move half a planet's export we should be able to fulfill your requirements.
Thank you for taking the time to write out an application to the Gas Miners Guild regarding supplies.
As the largest Gas Miners Guild to date, we'd like to honourably thank you for coming to us for your commerce use, we are interested in the welfare of all Libertonian lawful stations, and It is my interests and that of our Board of Directors to see that our gas and other shipments can get to you successfully.
I'd like to open terms and conditions of commerce and request all details allocated to your request of commodities as soon as possible.
Also please detail the amount of money you'll be sending to the Gas Miners Guild for doing this project as our miners and haulers shall not work for nothing. Seems this is a government assisted building, I'm sure this is not an issue.
Yours Faithfully,
Gas Miners Guild

Greetings, Guildmaster Tenson and Guild Leader Cong.
We are very pleased that both of you responded in such a timely manner. It is good to hear that the political situation of the Guilds is stable, and that you are ready and willing to assist us with our supply worries. In short, we would like to offer two separate contracts to each of you, in the hopes that they'll be completed at a relatively quick pace.
Guildmaster Tenson, we would be pleased if the Ryukyu Guild could supply us 20,000 Optronic Arrays to be delivered to Long Island Station. In return, we would be very happy to pay you 2000 credits per array, to the tune of 40 million credits total. We hope you find this deal satisfactory.
Guild Leader Cong, in turn, we will offer you the larger contract as you are "the largest Gas Miners Guild to date". We will offer you the same 2000 credit price, for a total of 52.8 million credits. However, we need 26,400 Optronic Arrays delivered to Adirondack Station. Please note, these are not Quantum Arrays, and you will not be paid if you deliver those.
If you have any questions or concerns, or wish to negotiate the terms, please contact the Directorate on this frequency. Otherwise, we will ensure your ability to dock on the station and await the delivery of arrays from both of your organizations.
