Gallic Borderworlds not defined in Rules?

New to the whole Privateer thing, so, still asking questions.

In looking through the rules, I found this post on Houses and other systems. It doesn't mention Gallic Borderworlds.

The wiki has this article, but I have been told repeatedly that the wiki is outdated and not to be trusted.

What exactly are the Gallic Borderworlds, and shouldn't they be listed in the rules?
