Good day Admiral,

We acknowledge receipt of your last transmission concerning the temporary mooring of the Loxley at Oder shipyard. It will be an honor to harbor an admiral’s ship from the BAF inside our installations.
Concerning the logistic side of this operation, we will book several loading bots for the freight needed for the resupplying of the consumables for your crew. We have also foreseen a large quantity of fuel and several Terawatt of energy.
The Loxley’s crew will be allow to wander around freely in the inter-house deck area of the shipyard, but won’t be permitted to access any other deck, as those are reserved for other purposes for our corporation’s business. I hope you understand this security measure due to the military nature of your crew personal. Rest assured that all accommodations will be provided for your men on this deck during the conduction of your business with the Federal Polizei. The only exception to this measure will be in case of wounded personal inside the Loxley. Those will be escorted immediately to the Neu Berlin’s hospitals.
However, before we can allow you full access to the shipyard, we must wait for the Federal Polizei’s order to grant you access inside Rheinland. It goes without saying that as soon as this is done, we will be automatically warned about it and will undertake the necessary steps for the immediate harboring of your ship.
Should you, your crew or the ship herself need anything else during your stay inside Oder Shipyard, please let us know about it. We will gladly answer any of your request.
