This is a good idea, and while the Admins set up their own list of Green quotes, the community at large can start piling them up here. Just follow the simple form below:

Code:
Subject: (what is the greentext referring to)
Author and Year: (Name of the Admin/former Admin that stated it, and the year it was made) [Obsolete] (if a posterior greentext overturned this decision)
Source: (a Link to the post in question)

Quote: (quote said greentext here)

Now start stalking your favourite Admins for those tidbits of valuable information.

If they want to have a second ID, they must SRP it.

In this situation, the BDM can only use their BDM ID. In order to have any separate second ID, such as the Wild ID for infectees, it needs to be SRPed.

Subject: On the topic "constant use of CD is considered an attack, or trolling"

The first question I would ask is, does the player spamming CD's have a legitimate inRP reason to stop the player in accordance with their ID? For example, if a Freelancer ID'd player is CD spamming a target that they have no contract against, then that would be considered trolling. If a Pirate ID player is CD spamming a trader, then that is legit. If a Lawful player is CD spamming a cloaking hostile, that is legit. Basically, if a player has no RP reason to fire CD's at another, at the time he fires them, it is trolling.

Keep in mind that it is incredibly difficult for the Admins to verify that someone is getting CD spammed, unless there is video evidence. You basically have to be taking screenshots of the player's CD ammo and show him firing at your ship repeatedly.

This Galaxy is vast; its wonders and beauty are almost unfathomable. But the galaxy also hides dark secrets, some of which have lain dormant since the beginning of time itself. There is a danger in secrets, both in seeking and in knowing. Some things are meant to be hidden from view. Some mysteries defy understanding, and sometimes even the things we think we know are untrue. Some secrets should remain untouched.

Green text time! When an ID says "Can attack <INSERT FACTION NAME HERE> anywhere", that includes transports unless otherwise indicated.
