Sources are linked in the posts, related context is available to read. This initiative is still far better than if one would have to browse the entire forums for green text randomly scattered around on their own to find the one relevant to their own situation. Because of this the thread is far from being useless and is perfectly fine where it is right now.
Now, can/do we have a discussion thread for this somewhere nearby? Moving these posts there would of course be preferable.
Excuse me, should this be moved to flood? i wonder what kind of benefits can be achieved from this?
I think the rules are clear enough and those green texts depend on different situations, so it will be confusing for anyone who read it
without knowing what was exactly the situation that caused this green message to appear
I would suggest moving it to flood so new players don't get confused from useless threads in the important help section.
Just my opinion so please don't explode in my face.

Players can simply follow the source to learn the context if needed. There are some cases when the rules are not clear enough, or even when the admins decide to make an announcement or verdict on something, and the green statements are created for a reason.

This is mostly a collection of allowances and clarifications the Admins have made over time through the use of greentext which holds the weight of the admin team as a whole.
In short: if a greentext post says you can do something, you can do it and not be in trouble. However, no current system is implemented to track these very specific occurrences, and one would be rather useful to players and faction leaders.
EDIT: nevermind, nuke post pls~
